1. Introduction

Welcome to our platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 17 years old
  • Register for an account with accurate information
  • Verify your account through WhatsApp OTP verification
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate accounts if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your account information cannot be verified.

3. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you post on our platform. You agree not to post content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes on the rights of others
  • Is harmful, deceptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Contains software viruses or any other malicious code
  • Constitutes bullying, hate speech, or targeted harassment of individuals or groups
  • Intentionally promotes false information or misleading content

You agree to use the flag system (yellow and green flags) responsibly and constructively, and not for the purpose of bullying, harassment, or unfair targeting of other users.

Platform Role: Flexocial is a facilitator, not responsible for user behavior. Users are accountable for their content and flags.

4. Anonymous Features

Our platform includes certain anonymous features, including:

  • Anonymous flags on profiles and posts
  • Aggregated display of flag counts

While these features provide anonymity to the sender, we maintain internal records for moderation purposes. You agree not to abuse anonymity features to harass, bully, or harm others. We reserve the right to take action against accounts that misuse these features, including suspension or termination.

5. Following, Blocks, and Interactions

Our platform allows you to follow other users, block users, and interact through flags and comments. You acknowledge that:

  • Blocking a user prevents them from seeing your content and interacting with you
  • You can only give one type of flag (yellow or green) to another individual user
  • Flag counts on your profile may be hidden or reset according to our platform's features
  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate comments or flags without notice

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our Services. You acknowledge that by using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as set forth in our Privacy Policy.

7. Community Guidelines

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violation of our Community Guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

By posting content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating our Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may delete your account through the account settings. Upon deletion, we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
