Community Guidelines

Last updated: July 27, 2025

Our mission is to create a fun-loving social feedback platform where users can share honest opinions while maintaining respect and safety for all community members. These guidelines help ensure everyone has a positive experience.

1. General Principles

All community members are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect and kindness
  • Consider the impact of your words and actions
  • Respect differences of opinion, background, and identity
  • Use our platform's features responsibly
  • Report content that violates these guidelines

2. Flag System Usage

Our yellow and green flag system is designed for constructive feedback, not harassment or bullying. When using flags:

  • Be Fair: Use flags based on genuine experiences and perceptions, not for personal vendettas
  • Be Constructive: Yellow flags should highlight genuine concerns, not trivial matters
  • Be Honest: Green flags should genuinely reflect positive traits
  • Remember the Person: Even though flags are anonymous, they impact real people

Note: Systematic flagging to harm someone's profile will be detected and may result in account suspension.

3. Post Content

When creating posts asking for feedback:

  • Be authentic and honest about the scenarios you describe
  • Respect privacy - do not include personally identifiable information about others
  • Frame questions in a way that invites constructive feedback
  • Accept different perspectives gracefully
  • Do not post content solely to provoke negative reactions

4. Comments

When commenting on posts:

  • Be respectful and constructive
  • Stay on topic
  • No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or personal attacks
  • Explain your reasoning rather than making dismissive statements
  • Consider alternative viewpoints

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed on our platform:

  • Bullying and Harassment: Targeted abuse, threats, or intimidation
  • Hate Speech: Content that attacks people based on protected characteristics
  • Violence: Content promoting or glorifying violence
  • Self-Harm: Content promoting or encouraging self-harm
  • Spam: Repetitive, unwanted, or commercial content
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be someone you're not
  • Misinformation: Deliberately false information designed to harm
  • Illegal Content: Content that violates applicable laws
  • Adult Content: Explicit sexual content or nudity
  • Privacy Violations: Sharing others' private information without consent

6. Anonymous Features

While our platform includes anonymous features, anonymity is not a shield from responsibility:

  • All anonymous actions are still bound by these guidelines
  • We maintain internal records of who gives flags for moderation purposes
  • Patterns of abusive behavior will be detected even if individual actions are anonymous
  • Anonymity is designed to encourage honest feedback, not harassment

7. Relationship Status Labels

Our platform includes modern relationship status options like "Ghosting," "Situationship," etc. When using these:

  • Choose labels that honestly reflect your situation
  • Do not use status labels to mock or shame others
  • Remember that these labels contribute to your overall profile presentation

8. Following and Interactions

When following and interacting with other users:

  • Respect boundaries - if someone seems uncomfortable with your interactions, step back
  • Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent blocks
  • Report genuinely concerning behavior rather than engaging in arguments

9. Profile Content

Your profile should:

  • Represent you authentically
  • Not contain hate speech, harassment, or prohibited content
  • Not impersonate others
  • Not contain misleading information designed to harm others

10. Enforcement

We enforce these guidelines through:

  • Reporting: Users can report violations
  • Content Moderation: We review reported content and take appropriate action
  • Interventions: Actions ranging from warnings to account termination
  • Transparency: We strive to be clear about our decisions
  • Appeals: You may appeal enforcement actions if you believe a mistake was made

Potential actions for violations include:

  • Content removal
  • Warning notices
  • Temporary feature restrictions
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination

11. Changes to Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines as our platform evolves. Major changes will be announced through in-app notifications. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
